what do you do on long flights (over 3 hours ... up to 7 or 10 hours)

Is there anyway at all that you can get FS2004 to automatically respond to ATC calls such as Centre frequency changes, etc etc?? The
problem I'm finding, and I haven't yet found a way or an add-on to cure this, is that when I get to cruise, and walk away from the computer
for 10-15 minutes, my IFR clearance is cancelled by ATC because I didn't acknowledge something.

I'd love to find a way to automatically respond to the calls.

Any Ideas?
