what do you do on long flights (over 3 hours ... up to 7 or 10 hours)

hmm.. i usually make long flight if they are long!! My regular routes are about 3-4 hours, but long flights may be about 18 hours! I usually hang out
with my friends, play football, and when the clock is almost bed time, i descent and land the plane:D!
