Is it me ir is the over speed penelity too strict?

XM Dude, are you referring to the "Overspeed" penalty or the 250 knots below 10,000 speed limit penalty?

Theres a difference. With the overspeed, you are overspeeding the aircraft, and doing that at all, even by 3 knots deserves the penalty. If
its the speed limit, then yeah, that seems a little rough, because I can usually exceed it by 6-7 knots as long as its for just a few moments
and not get docked any points.
