@ HB-100:
After the initial release of FSX i expected a lot of missions to come... but nada. I think the SDK tools are ridiculous to be used by the masses for mission creation. At least I expected somebody would come with a product with an campaign editor that offers a storyboard and could create dynamic missions 'on the fly'. Actually i even thought in the beginning FSPassengers would utilize it. WT3 would be a great campaign
Anyway, I think these static missions are not the right approach...
Well, i think FS is special here... The add-on community did evolve organically over many years. The FS franchise was not really designed as an open plattform for professional 3rd party add-ons... BTW, Phil Talyor once complained about 3rd party developers "that dig in FS internal memroy areas and do not restrict on the official interfaces... Not sure who was meant

Heiko

Quote:I think you could try to fake something with building a mission/adventure in FSX to get at least the feeling back into the cockpit.
If I hadn't started FSET then this is what I probabily had spend some time with.

Honestly I wanted to be finish before the NewYear. But well turned out to be impossible. Somehow as more as you do (program) as more
grows the work you still have to do. Strange but that's how it turns out always in such projects.
