Terrain.dll errors are usually caused by addon scenery, even water textures. Was this the first time you had this error? What did you install
recently? One of them must be the culprit.
A quick way to find out whether it has been solved or not is just go into fs9 default flight planner and scroll to the area where you suspect the
error to happen (Naples in this case). If it crashes out on you, the error is still there but at least you don't need to start up a flight and fly there
