Yes, it is true that there have been and will always be posts which have already been answered. As has been pointed out recently in this
forum, we are a different bunch of bananas...

So I submit we tolerate the repeat questions, answer them patiently, and anticipate another satisfied customer, rather than one who
leaves the forum with a bad taste in the mouth and a desire to flame us elsewhere.

Just my thoughts.
