this is what happened on world tour #1

People showed up
started planes and loaded pax whilst talking about beer
Taxi'd to runway, while talking about beer
When most or all were queued at runway, we would depart, not a safe time after each other (while talking about beer)
In flight, we would take screenshots, and talk about girls
on approach, people with rc4 would give the landing runway, and also discuss beer
people would fly past others on approach which made it interesting
on approach chat was closed as people were concentrating (no beer talk, this was a bad part of the flight for me)
landed and taxi to gate, discussing our landing and also beer

that just about sums it up i think

If I had known that I would have participated a bit more regularly!
