No, there wasn't any unusual sound that I could detect other than the co-pilot screaming at me about the airplane stalling

saying we've had an engine flame out. That'll teach me to look away from the computer while the aircraft is in a climb...teehee. Since I
use a stereo headset, I keep the sound fairly low so that I don't blow out my ear drums, which is why I likely couldn't hear any sort of bird
impact...if in fact this sound is built into FSP.
