From my experience, FsPassengers models the most realistic and real-life settings that it can... So, naturally, you wouldn't have enough food for a
flight that is NOT possible in real life.. If you went down to what the 777's range is, which would be a bit more reasonable, and if you managed the
service correctly (manually,) then I'm positive you would not have a problem.
