Maybe im least helpful you you because of your attitute in previous thread 
ps, i could do a 20 hour flight (thou why would i ever want to do that i dont know) without the pax being hungry once
its all to do with your take off time, and the time you serve each meal, PLUS you have cold food spare also.
i'd explain, but you wouldnt listen anyway
