Well, the U2 was shot down and it has a cruising altitude of 70,000 feet! The SR-71 cruises at a max of 85,000 so, I'd say, throw some
seats on that and take it over the warzone and you're okay. Just remember to provide all pax with those space suits they wear! Crazy-a$$
