About "depart from same location" that would be an idea
its around since a long time. it was not done because
it would have take 1 month more and FsP was in a hurry.
Anyway it would be off by default and you'd have an option
in more config.
Leasing I don't like much such idea because either it's basic and doesn't
offer much interest either it's complete (with interest etc etc) and it become a
boring bank simulator.
