I've just spent the last half hour reading through various reports here. I can't wait to be able to do this myself.

Once thing I did notice was the penalties given to the company when the pilot does something wrong, such as roll off the end of the
runway on takeoff or landing. I noticed the penalties given to the company were about $500, but this seems tiny compared to the fact that
the company can make millions each flight. I've looked through quite a few reports, and I've seen most fines for $200, $300, and the
highest I saw was $990.

If I make $100,000 on a flight, then I won't really care about a $500 penalty.

Maybe I have it wrong, maybe there are other penatlies that I have not seen, but If I do something wrong then I really want to be penalised
for it, to make sure I don't do it again.
