There's a free editor, I think its called FSEdit, you can download at the Microsoft FS website. It helps you do things like increase engine, HP, add
fuel tanks, stuff like that. You can just manually edit the Aircraft.cfg too, but the nice thing about FSEdit (besides being free) is that it provides
explanations for some of the parameters.
