The ranking structure still has to be decided...

I figure it should be a littel different becuase everyone should create a new pilot, but shouldnt have to start flying the 172 (so no career
mode enabled for the pilot) but you still have to fly the plane at the rank we set (just you could start at the ATR (etc...)
