Unfortunately this has happened to too many people. Please email Dan Polli by using the Contact tab on the bottom left of this page. It will go direct to Dan. Include your Simmarket purchase details and I'm sure Dan will solve this for you. It may take Dan a few days to respond or perhaps the same day. It is difficult to determine when he will actually respond. If you don't hear from him within a day or 2, email him again. Usually that works.
