Make your comparisons between what the VSI indicated on your aircraft, ACARS and FsP. Report back.
in the mean time I made some flights. The result is that FSP never hits the indication of VSI and smartCARS. In most times the deviation was about 50ft. In some cases about 500ft.
And there is another problem which does not belong to hard landing. If you mind move it to the correct place.
When fliying with real weather in winter conditions with a DC6, DC3 or similiar a/c, I do get wing ice warning. Then switching deice on. Upon landing I neither can lower the gear nor the flaps. After 3 or 4 attempts sometimes gear and flaps work. In most cases not. When about 5nm out I declare emergency. And some seconds later gear and flaps are moving and I get punished for unnecessary emergency. But this don't happen always. I had 2 flights landing without gear and emergency declared. The a/c touched down at a reasonable rate and came to stop. But seconds later it began hoovering. I could not do anything against it. Engines were off. I could not set the brakes again. And FSP did not allow to end the flight because of not having landed. The only way was to cancel it.
By the way. I uninstalled and installed FSP without any result.
Never before FSP I had such problems. So it must be a problem of FSP.
Perhaps you can advise me.
Greetings
Ulrich
