What? You just said your self that Dan told us "probably at the end of the year" - is it the end of the year? Nope. You were already told what to expect, what more do you want fro Dan? I don't think the way Dan treats "us" is the problem, it's the other way around. Prepar3d V4 is a brand new product, Dan is not even obligated to support it, but he's doing his best and we should all be grateful that he's making it happen, even if it takes a while.
Stardrifter, I completely understand everything you said, but I think keeping fans of your product up-to-date on the progress would be kind and why not more transparent, what does it cost you to pay attention to your customers? Mainly "customers" because the product has cost.
