Fix all Time Zone Problems

My friends,
I am using FSPassengers for years and it is my must have addon for flight simulator! Because of FSPassengers and the amount of reality it brings to Flight Simulator, I myself always had problem with time zones inaccuracy in flight simulator environment. because you can't use FSPassengers without a correct time at the departure and arrival airports! That's why I spent a lot of time and effort to make time zone fixer.
I told you those because I know FSPassengers users will have the most benefit from the correct time zones at all.

Anyway, some friends already have this addon and they are testing that. We are discussing and I receive feedback from them in other forums.
