Maybe you could post the Event Viewer information when the sim crashes? After all, the crashes may have nothing to do with FsP. With the more complex addons like PMDG products,etc, it's not unusual to see people post about the sim crashing after a few hours or more. Some can be related to video drivers as well. It's really difficult to nail this down without all of the information made available here
