Painman, maybe you and Dan can work together on this. I don't know if that will be any consolation for you, but it's worth a shot.
If it is indeed a FsP problem, Dan may have to re-think his program. Otherwise, we would all be experiencing the same issue as you.
I certainly don't discount the fact you have been pulling your hair out trying to figure out why you can fly long hauls without FsP but it crashes with FsP.
