disabling failures

When you set 0-5% for aircraft failures, you will be assured a failure at some point. This setting is most realistic anyway. This also depends on the area in which you fly in as well....like a war zone and a area that has a higher occurrence of maintenance issues. Getting familiar with the FsP settings, maps,etc. will help you understand the different functions.
