Seems to me there is more to this than a FsP problem. ntdll crashes usually indicate a graphics problem. If your P3D settings are too high already and you add another piece of software, unwanted things may happen...like OOM or other crashes.
You should provide more details than this. Post the install log and log.txt from within your main FsP folder. Also, post the event viewer information after a crash happens. Moreover, check your P3D settings to ensure they aren't too high for the addons you have installed. Lastly, make sure you have installed a good stable video card driver for P3D.
