FSX Crashing on startup with FSP Error

It would help if you posted more information like Operating System, is this FSX, FSX-SE, P3D, which location do you have the sim installed, and if you have a FSX crash, also include the Event Viewer information after the crash. It's important to have as much information as possible other than FsP is crashing the sim.
