Ahh, the output file error creeps up again. Don't know why this happens but it does sometimes. Please follow Dan's instructions in this thread and report back the results:

I noticed the link in Dan's post is not working anymore, so you may have to uninstall FsP, reboot pc, and re-install the latest FsP, but please make a backup of your database folder before uninstalling so that you can resume your company after the fresh installation. Also, make sure your antivirus is disabled during the entire process.
