[solved] P3D 3.2 Out / FSPassengers not working

Interesting!!! I have two completely different *active* DLL.XML files! I didn't know that was possible!! You learn something every day!

C:\Users\<yourname>\AppData\Roaming\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v3\dll.xml
... appears to be my main one - and the one I usually edit.

C:\ProgramData\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v3\dll.xml
... this one - which I didn't know I had active - has the FSP entry (!!)
