You're gonna love it! When I went up I got to taxi a bit on the ground before takepff(almost rolled into a ditch
,the instructor evidently
takes off but you get to fly for most of the half hour and he lands. For me, it was my first time ever in a small aircraft so the experience
was thrilling on two levels: 1)Getting the ability to fly and 2)Getting the joy that comes from flying in a small cessna(i think it comes from
the G forces that seem alot stronger) I started flight lessons the very next weekend and now I have logged about 6 or so hours(my log
books downstairs and I'm too tired to go get it). Unfortunatly the bloody weather has been so bad lately that I've missed out on something
like 12 hours that could have been lol.
I recall that thread...if memory serves he claims that you cant even bring a book into the cockpit
