Serving drinks and food

For me it depends on the flight and the weather. If it is a short flight and weather is calm, I start serving drinks at 8,000 ft, maybe FL100.
I serve food some minutes later, at FL150 or so.

I always wait with the seatbelt sign, ofcourse this also depends on the weather
