FsP isn't a airline tycoon , it have only some basic feature of that , FsP is really centered around pilot
and it's performance and focus on the flight.
FsP can be an help for real flight pilot because you will get penalised for a lot of mystake
and this would help you to ensure that your flight are always perfect.
Second things and the most important immo were I think that FsP can help: pressure stress & nerve
I'm used to it now but flying a FsP flight give you a complete change in how you feel vs a simple Fs2004 flight...
you know that every mistake will be accounted and you have a lot to loose so this add a new feeling: responsabilities&pressure....
To increase even more this feeling try to fly with "instant flight record" (mean that you don't have the choice to record your flight ... if your
pilot is dead, you just lost your pilot) and all "realistic" mistake detection... and last but not least set a destination but also an
arrival time.... it's surprising the dumb things one pilot can do to arrive on time...
Stress and time pressure have caused (and cause each years) a lot of pilot's live lost in reality... (you know the
"I rented this aircraft so I should be back on time.. I'm sure I can afford this bad weather" in GA)
I'm sure that with instant record if you experience an engine flameout at low altitude you will not feel the same at all
during a FsP flight vs a Fs simple flight.... imagine your pilot have 100 hours of flight.... you will scream with your passengers
if you go down
