It's a great defrag program, and way better than the default in windows.
To enable it to defrag the page file, go to File/Options, Then "Offline Defragmentation", Select "Execute once during next start-up", Select the
volume that your page file is on and click activate, Then ok and reboot.
That should do it. You can read a bit more about offline defragmentation in the help file.
