Ivo, to tell the truth, the defense is a desaster but if they keep attacking, they won't need it
Seriously: It's a pretty young team and indeed not a really good one, but they have the support of the whole nation, so anything can happen ...

its never good to under estimate any team at the worl cup. Back in '94, Bulgaria shocked everyone when they beat Germany 2:1 in the Quarter Finals.
That was Germany's earliest elimination from the world cup since 1970 something('78 I think). The ironic thing of it was that Bulgaria had NEVER won a
game in the world cup before, and now they became 4th. Also, they barely qualified. It all came down to the last game versus France, where Bulgaria
won 2:1 with a 90th minute goal. If the game ended 1:1, Bulgaria wouln't have made it to the world cup.

However, what was really dispointing was how Bulgaria lost to Italy. Bulgaria didn't get the penalty after Costacurta knocked the ball with his had
inside the penalty area. What really sucked is that the referee was French, so he kind of had the grudge thing going because Bulgaria eliminated
France.
