Brad,
I am disappointed that your thread was locked over at Feelthere, and wrote so in a post there. I told them I lost a significant amount of
respect for the forum because of the action. I believe that nothing you said was over the top or out of bounds, and also believe that you
have a great deal of knowledge about the 737 that they could benefit from. If they do not wish to use your input then that is their business,
but they should not have locked the thread.
I am distressed that anyone who raises very serious issues over at that forum seems to be immediately and sometimes viciously
attacked by some of the Feelthere "loyalists."
I have warmed up a little to the feelthere 737-300, but am still disappointed and have decided not to fly her again until issues are
resolved. This especially after I found some really fundamental errors (FMC can't even calculate the takeoff V-speeds accurately!!!) in the
sim that make it essentially unflyable to me, especially after my experiences with other sims. Had I not had other very good add-ons, I
might not be as critical of the 737-300. This has renewed my respect for the PMDG 737-800, which was my primary and beloved aircraft,
but which stopped flying in mid-August in order to give the Ariane 737-900 a fair shake (it has some very good points, and is NOT just eye
candy). I'll be flying both of those now, but the PMDG will be my top of the line aircraft. The 737-300 from Feelthere is going into the
hangar and will stay there until the bugs are fixed.

PMDG 737-800 (It's the best, simply the best 737!)
Ariane 737-900 (No sniveling, it has some good points and new company ownership, and it's not just eye candy)
Feelthere PIC 737-300 (Disappointed, but hope it will get better)
