You can use them both but you should not use ICS within ASV (better in that section make sure everything is manual). IF you do use ICS within ASV it
will choose it's own textures based on the weather conditions and overwrite your FE's ones. Because since ASV it comes with its own's textures. I have
both programs but i ended up using only ASV's ones because i like it that the software choses a best set of clouds for the specific conditions.
AS far as the clouds, both packages are nice, FE comes with water textures also, ASV is a weather engine with cloud textures and skies
