here is a joke i´ve heard one of the atc controlers told at vatsim, i did not check if it has been told before but maybe it has not:

A student pilot is practising his landings in and out at the same airfield. He becomes very proficient and receives his license finally.

Full of self confidence he approaches the same airfield on a dark evening. On approach he contacts tower and just says:

Guess who?

The controller reacts swiftly and turns off all airport lightings and runway lights and replies:

Guess where?
