Another True Story,
After being with American for several years and based out of SFO I was doing a TransCon Flight to JFk... We where on a Wide body DC10 I was working
the main cabin which was about 3/4 full. In Row 26 there was a Elderly Black couple the male was in the window seat the wife was on the Isle. We where
amost half way through the flight and just finishing the dinner service I happened to look over and noticed the gentelmen did not look good so I
leaned over to his wife and asked if there was anything I could do, she calmly touched my sleave and said no honey he just died. I think I wanted to
die right on the spot myself...... We continued in to New York..... For all you pilots you know how much paper work is involved with a death on board
the aircraft so upon arrival the entire flight crew were the first ones off the plane and left the gate agent to find the body.
