I agree with Pagir, if we like pretend people on our flights why not Emergency Vehicles, it's not about how much of a "simmer" you are, it's about
imersion in the product. I think it would be pretty cool to land with an engine out and see Fire Engines racing along beside you. It's purely
cosmetic, but then so are the lights and opening doors etc...
I don't think M$ will go to this degree, but they normally include some additional extras, and why not the Emergency vehicles, it's a small change
from there point of view, but adds to the realism factor a little more.

...Though i'm not advocating another expensive flight sim addon called something like FS Emergency probably with an ! mark at the end.
