saying I did not turn off seat belt sign at cruise

On my last two flights I got downgraded because the Pax were annoyed I didn't let them take off their seat blets at cruise. I always use
CRTL-Shift-B, and check against the pax report to make sure the sign is off. The second flight I doubled checked, the sign was off and
about half had their belts off. I even clicked the plane's SB button even though I haven't linked it to FSP. Any ideas??? I'd hate to have to
reinstall FSP. My airline is losing reputation because of this.

out of curiosity how long is the flight

About 2 hours. Tried a couple more today and didn't have a problem. I hit some turbulence yesterday and thought that truning on the SB
sign was appropriate. I guess the pax don't want me looking out for them unless they are in a panic :-)

Oh... another question .... does the day of the week affect the number of pax? Yesterday I had 4 and 5; today on both flights FSP only gave
me 3. Because it's Sunday???

The day of the week doesn't matter. What will increase your pax is to fly from and into the same airport alot. By doing this you are building
a route.
