I can hit ALT all day in Flight sim and never get a passengers menu

In which case it has not installed on your computer correctly. You need to make sure FSPX is the last add-on to Flight Sim that you install
and that you have FSX Sp 1 and/ or SP2.

I just did that by uninstalling it and reinstalling it on my FSX with SP2
uninstalled again...... double click FSPX says install and it found FSX I hit next it installs and I select "english" Says installed correctly please launch FSX...Launching FSX again...... nothing..

Did you restart your computer after uninstalling and again after reinstalling FSPX? I'd advise doing it.

Then I would suggest a fresh download of the software from this website after uninstalling and rebooting, then reboot again, then install and reboot.

Steve,
Here's a couple of things to try... First, start FSX and then after it has fully loaded, go to the Administrative Tools section in Control Panel and bring up the Event Viewer. Browse through the various logs in there and look for error messages relating to the FSX session that you just started. I don't know if anything will be there, but there might be an entry relating to a FSPX failure of some kind. Another thing to try... I am using FSP with FS9 and I've noticed on occasion that when I launch FS9, there is no FSPassengers menu as you have described. What has worked for me is the following: 1) Hit Alt+Enter to switch it from full screen to windowed (skip this step if you're already in windowed mode). 2) Minimize FSX. 3) Wait a few seconds. 4) Maximize FSX. 5) Hit Alt+Enter to put it to full screen again. 6) Now, click Alt and see if the menu is there. I know...it's quirky, but it has worked for me for the odd times that there's no menu showing up.

We don't even know which version of Windows you're running.
What about the FSPX installation log? Any other useful info? Did you run the FSPX and FSX as admin? Can you see the FSX menu at all? Post Edited ( 07-05-11 17:56 )
