VA Database Help Please

Hey Guys and Girls..

Trying to install a VA database into my PHPNUKE website, but having problems with the General settings , trying to understand the
questions that its asking me.

i cant seem to find the sql database to upload to my website sql

and a few questions about server name ,

I cant seem to get it to connect, please help

or point me in the right direct , and i'll be so greatful !

Yea hey ,

erm i created a user name and password , but

it asks for , lochost server name , database , database name and user name and passsword

erm.. im not to familar with what to put

for example

i have 'localhost' (without the ' ' ) for the 2 entries you do not know

if that does not work,. try localhost for the 1st one, and your website addy www. etc for the 2nd entry

what do I type in the for Fsp ?? of do I leave that ?? and what do I put in for server name?

and what does it mean , you database below with a tick in it ? :S

I had to uncheck the "Debug, use localhost", for it to work and connect to my localhost.. hmmm don't know why... doesn't make sense really but...
maybe i'm missing something... probably, even, hehe.

And I put "localhost" as "server".

1st box at very top. unticked and ticked tried both
2nd box : localhost
3rd box : localhost
4th box my sql database file name
5th box my sql database username
6th box my sql database password

OK , I've connected to thes database apparently ...

Connected
to localhost server
Database: Specialist


I have a green light , but says underneith :

The table flights and user_profile does not exist in this database, click here "create table" if you want to create them.

so I click Create , and this is the error i get.

Unable to create table user_profile in this database mySql error Access denied for user @localhost to database SpecialistUnable to

OK UPDATE !! I'VE INSTALLED THE DATABASE , I HAD TO TURN " DEBUG OFF "

ok , so database is installed is that it ? where do i view the table ?? do i have to make a config or something

I dont have this installed becuase I plan on editing most of it to suit my needs but I believe common.php hold information that tells the
php script how to connect to your site...

fspgetflight.php is the script that gets called when you send your flights from FS... this script controls the adding of the flight to the
database, and returns any errors, or completions you see in FS (the status of the uploads)

flights_db_example: im going to guess is a database with flgiths already in it so you can see how the thing will work once you have your
flihgts in the database

config_example1/2: this is the file that goes into your FSP folder that tells FSP what VA to add to the Top bar while in FS.... so you can
select your VA.. view the website, or to upload the flights to your site.... (FSP needs it to know to send the flights to your site)
