Potential CTD bug

I'm using the most up to date version. Twice now, after landing, crossing the runway threshold, and then typing C 1 - as soon as I hit the one, the
program screen goes black, then I get a CTD. This doesn't happen every time, but it has happed at least twice.

Not sure if the following is FSP or not - and it has only happened once. In flight, went to move the mouse to switch fuel tanks and my mouse died. The
laser in the mouse when dark and I had no mouse control. The only solution was to restart the computer (not easy without the mouse). Only happened
once and might not be FSP.

Hi there lightrail. I have a similar problem as yours. Are you experiencing CTD at only one airport?

Not just one airport, it's happened only three times always after leaving the runway and switcing to ground.

The other "mouse" problem is not a bug but a hardware problem (that is, I found the hardware not connected; hence it didn't work).

Are you using some ATC addon like the voice pack? Some crashes are related to this kind of add on.

BTW, FsP doesn't interract with ATC so it should not be FsP related!

Good to hear that you found your mouse problem.

As far as the CTD problem, I get it from time to time as well. My problem however is not EditVoicePack as I don't use it. After several tries
I found that my CTD was being caused by a particular add-on aircraft. The Cessna 182 RG by Carenado. To be honest, it wasn't even
the aircraft itself, it was a particular paint scheme. There was one paint scheme that would cause FS9 to CTD as soon as I was handed
off to ground by tower. All other paint schemes work flawlessly. I don't know how or why but that's what I am experiencing.

The paint scheme that is causing the CTD works perfectly at airports that don't have a tower. Go figure.

I haven't tried this with any other add-on aircraft but I will at some point. I don't think it's a FsP issue but it only started happening after I
installed FsP.

Are you trying a different aircraft every time you get the CTD?
