Ok the problem here is I don't know about programming languages and I am trying to instal the exporting feature for my VA.
I dont know why I cannot connect to mysqldatabase. Here is a brief map of my under construction site:

Well this is kinda brieffie but is more or less the way it looks. After reading the readme files and some over this forum and guessing the
instalation is pretty much correct I am in a dead point.
When I browse to http://myvawebsite.com/va/FsPadmin/ I get the log in page (FsPassengers 1.0 admin). Once I log in I get the message

Welcome on FsPassengers Admin pages,
This is certainly your first visit in the admin part, the first things you will need to do is to click on edit settings in the left menu to select your
Sql database. Once done, the admin will take care for you to create the needed tables.

Went to the left menu goes to the log in page over and over and over. Also I get the message
Not connected
to localhost server
Database: fsp

mySql error:
Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/tmp/mysql.sock' (46)

I am going in circules to nowhere. Ok I admit as far as computering I am very ignorant but I only want to use this feature in a web with
friends and enjoy the flight simulator and the fspassengers.

I would like to hear all the ideas and possible solutions for all this trouble and I would be greatly thankfull for any support.
