blank error message loading a/c

I downloaded a free CRJ-701 from Project Opensky. When I first tried it, I got error messages about the payload model not being found,
so I downloaded the CRJ-705 from the download section here, renamed it to CRJ-701 (including the .jpg file), and I didn't get that error
any more. However, everytime I use the a/c, I get a popup that reads "error!", but no message, just an "ok" click box. This pops up any
time I change the passenger seating, cargo, etc. Can someone tell me what it is I need to fix? This was a VERY expensive plane!

PS: Even before I found a new payload model, I was getting these errors

The problem you have with the payload model is that it physically doesn't fit the aircraft you've tried to pair it with. You'll need to remove the
payload model and create one for the 701 from scratch.

Any idea where I can get that info? Or do I just suffer with the errors? Thanks

Try Bombardier's own website - if it's anything like Boeing and Airbus then it'll have datasheets and seating plan pictures available.
