I've been wondering how these other young fellers attach their jpegs to this forum. Sumpin' about saving it as a html, but I cain't quite
figure how to do that an' get it on here! C'mon, gimme a hint Ryanamur!...anyone?

I have also got an excellent well maintained PC, but that didn't stop FS2004 from having a severe crash last night while running FSP (see
my post in the tech forum for more info).

On the other note, some of us have got lives, work, family etc. and spending 10 hours on one flight in real time would be a one way ticket
to the divorce courts, getting fired or a trip in the white van to the looney bin. This is primarily about entertainment and while there are no
doubt some sad anoraks who might sit down and watch 22 episodes of their favourite TV show in one go, most sane people take it one
or two at a time!

I also dont see the point in setting up a 10 hour flight and then putting it on x16 or taking the dog for a walk while the "computer" flies.
WHAT IS THE POINT.
If you havent got time for a 10 hour flight then do a 2 hour one. It is that simple.
I also like the idea that the plane could malfunction and you return from walkies to find yourself sat back at the departure airport.

A save feature will be great. In my case, I had lost already 5 long flights . ie: Tonight I was flying online from Bermuda to Chicago O'Hare
as American Airlines. My fs decided to be funny and gave me a screen saying :Flight simulator has encountered an error and needs to
close" we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused". ........ Now I;ve lost another 3 hours of flight and have to start Again

Simple logic,

Without save feature :
- Those who want to save/reload for "good" or "bad" reason are frustrated
- Those who don't want any saved/reloaded flight are satisfied

With save feature:
- Those who want to save/reload for "good" or "bad" reason are satisfied.
- Those who don't want any saved/reloaded flight are very proud to NEVER use this item for wimps.

No conclusion needed....

However Dan, Don't jump on it, enjoy your deserved success and take a good break. The good is there so the best can wait.

I agree. Dan does need to kick the feet up and get to those things that have been pushed aside in his days working on this program. It
again is a terrific program.

I've managed to make some changes to my custom mission settings and I am quite happy with them. Now I'm going to try a get in a lot of
flying. Dan's program has set a new standard for flight simming. From here it only gets better folks! Fancy that! Only better!

You know, I've never had a FS crash. I don't wanna jinx myself though. I'm running FS9 with PMDG -700 (with the -800/900 update),
FSNavigator, FS2Crew, Ultimate Traffic, FSP, and a few other small add ons. Runs perfectly stable. I had some problems with FS2000,
and 2002 crashing, but never FS9. I purchased the Reality XP weather radar, and so far that's the only add on I can't get to work. That
and the new version of FSUIPC. Just doesn't work for some reason. No big deal though.
