Controlling Cabin Lighting?

Controlling How many Flight Attendants are onboard?

Possible Hijackings? (maybe to hard) (Ask to go somewhere, pilot makes the decision to trick them or divert etc)

Cabin Tempreature? (A gauge is currently in production for smaller A/C)

Perhaps better accesability to adding names to Passenger lists?

Rising Fuel costs?

just some light (I hope) ideas..

I'm sure Dan evaluates all these requests wisely. And following this thread, i can see that he sets the right priorities. At least for me...

In any case, it is interessting to see which are most important features for his customers. I, for example, do not care too much about the
inflight entertainment. However I could make 100 feature requests for different pilot careers and fight tours.

So, no problem with all these posts. I enjoy reading them while waiting for FSPX

It is possible to save flight with FSPAX in the new Version?

I agree with the person above on the Smart Flight issue... not only is it a load of crap... honestly, he went and advertised in his
'competitions' forums now isn't that just plain rude?

If you find the idea of Air Terrorism to be "entertainment" then IMHO you need help.

I have to make choice of course in features, FsP cannot include all features that peoples request, some simply are not related to FsP,
some are impossible, some would take too much time etc etc... When I can and it's in purpose: I do Wink

Sorry, still no, the reason is idiot: some planes don't support full restore, this would lead to unfair crash or bad flight report.
I simply cannot add a feature that is not reliable.

On the good news: FsP don't need anymore to edit aircraft.cfg when payload point miss. I finally found a "workaround" for this.
(was the "not compatible dialog")

No, No I dont, however it is a real thing!!

That real pilots (such as myself, and from your signature as are you) are trained for!

I thought that people might have an interest in it...........

As Dan has said in the past FSP is a "game" in such I find no relation between the two. Then again I object to games that portrays the
killing of peace officers and beating up of innocent women. Rome did have its coliseums and despite the cruelty of such venues they
were considered a civilized people. The modern PC may be the equivalent to the coliseum, then again Rome did burn.

At what point do you decide, that while I am sure there are people who would have an interest in something, it is best to be left out of main
stream media?

It is a hypothetical question with no right answers. So it is best to be left with I object to the adding of air terrorism simulation to FSPX.

Fantastic job on all this stuff.
I have been monitoring all the adds since the start of FSPAX and I think this one is worth the wait...! Can't wait to test it ingame and see all this
fantastic changes !

WOHOOO !!! found the famous "last trick" Gift

FsX don't allow "belly landing" without gear, it crash anyway ("crash" splash, end of game)
So I had to find a workaround, 4 days of hard work. It should be refined and adapted to "production"
but the trick worked first time one hour ago...

Wow, this one WAS hard ... Fool

"belly landing" was one neat feature of FsP04, landing gear are one of the main point that can fail and you can't make a good landing
failure if the sim crash as soon as you touch ground or if your perform a good belly landing (sometime there is a delay), it would be frustrating. So this was an absolute requirment for FsPX. Wink

FsP never send a failure that you can't sort out with good abilities, it's even one of the main point, you get point to sort out bad situations.

For "Sky" I answered this several time, again shortly:

-interaction with "terrorist" would require a lot of sound and programming JUST for this "failure. It would be really boring to have idiot guy
that just say "hey I got a bomb land there" and nothing more.

-There is no "flying action" you can perfom well to sort out such problem, psychology or combat training is not related to flight.

-Last and not the least, flying make me dream, fighting with a dead engine and saving my pax also, it's all about flight and good or
bad pilot. But Having a gun in my back handled by a moron that believe his idea worth more then even one life and don't give me even
one chance to fight him in front, this is just unfair and sad for humanities.

So, technically, ethically and for the game's point it's not possible. Wink

EPT (Emergency Procedures Training) is a part of the routine of flying. Scenario based EPT is even better and I have no objection to its
inclusion into a game. Generally EPT is pilot versus the machine, however air terror is pilot versus human. There is a psychology to this
in preparedness and unknown. Commercial pilots need to protect the information that we have and the preparations that we have been
taught in training. There is much more to this subject than squawking a discrete code.
