I seem to remember the same questions with the Falcon (F16) sim updates. The response always became 3 weeks. With the only problem being that you
didn't know when the 3 weeks started from! I am probably the only person here hoping that Dan takes even longer, since when he does update I'll have to get a computer that can actually run FSX, and that's going to be a tricky negotiation.

I am sorry Jambone but i get really annoyed with people like you. Will you stop brown noseing dan by stopping people from posting about
possible news and updates. If you do not like reading the same posts then just skip them and look for one wrote by dan himself thats what i do. But if peoplestopped posting we would have even less updates. It is good for dan to see how many people are eagerly awaiting the release. I cant wait for it to arrive as i loved it in FS2004 and am looking forward to the new features in FSPAX fro fsx. I understand how difficult it is but it has taken far to long as it is almost 2 years since fsx came out. I have had fs passengers for years but have never signed up to the forum until today because your post annoyed me. So do us all a favour stop having a go at everyones post and stop bumsucking as it does not make you special or make you receive a copy first. If people are pertential customers or in this case definate customers are entitled to post good and bad posts on there opinion so just stop your time wasting with your pathetic posts! I totally agree with you ben-foster. It is only a good thing that people are eager for the release of Fspax. Allthough it is nearing a release
date it seems, it has been a while waiting for it, as i have been waiting for it since i bought my FSX deluxe edition. I do not mean to disrespect anyone, I just want to point out that it is not wrong to ask for something that you are most definately going to buy. I hope my post is not deleted for this. Eagerly waiting...

 DAN WILL UPDATE THIS THREAD WITH NEWS AND UPDATES. I am doing this for Dan's sake, and for the other members, we are sick of the same posts, I do not want to have to skip through posts, and I am being patient up until the release, as should you be. In case it has slipped your attention, all the regular forum users haven't been posting in here a lot lately, they have learnt that patience is the best way of going about this. All I see now are posts from the newbies asking the same old question time and time over. He even said himself that he would appreciate it if people would stop posting "keep up the good work dan...any news?" I agree with Ben Foster. I'm not going to assume what the developer does or doesnt need, but I doubt he needs to be protected from bad posts, and we are all mature enough not to spam. I cant understand how a supportive egar post warrants getting swatted down like that. And far be it from you, me, or anyone else to judge what other people on this forum want; I lurk this thread almost everyday and positive supportive posts have never drawn such a negative reaction from me.

I think you have the right to post your opinion exactly as jambone. Jambone is right to be supportive and you are right to be more on the user side. Still there is no reason to call name on both side so keep it friendly please. Such software is a creative work and depend a lot of "trick" mean one cannot do it using the "regular way" and predict exactly how much time it will take. I can be blocked three week on a "trick" and find another one in one hour, When I started FsP in march 2004 I planned it would be out in september... was finally out july 2005 Would I be able to hire more programmers to finish FsPX that I would do it, but there is not much free programmer enough skilled for this and the time they are able to understand the 75'000 lines of code and help me another year would have passed. No way. Believe me when I say that the first one that want to finish FsPX is...me. Best to all, Dan

I need a good graphist to make payload model and also "voice" to make new voicepack, this is a paid job so if your hear about someone that can do a professionnal work let him know about this. Think about Christmas or your Birthday, your exitced and want to know as much as you can about it. Trust me parents always get "What am I getting for Christmas/Birthday over and over again" thats just the way we are. O yeah and Dan, whens the release date? As there been any updates? lol :DAnd anyone wondering about when FSPassengers X will be out, all you have to do is wait, until the website is updated and at the top of the page it will say FSPassengers X and in the news saying "FSPassengers X released" or something like that Anyways Dan, will we be able to get FSPassengers X from SimMarket?
