Why my service quality is always bad, eventhough I Play a movie till the end, give them hot food, drinks, sandwiches etc?

How did you set it in the company manager? (Slider on the most right i think, TAB "price settings")

maybe you should try playing more than one movie

What it means by service quality is the quality of the food you serve. Go to Company manager and click the tab that brings you to ticket
and food prices. On the slider that says food quality, set it as desired to give to your pax. But the higher it is the more is cost so you may
have to increase the price of food a bit.

if being realist do 100% quality and set food/sandwhich price to free, it will cost you a little but pax will be happy, you could set drink price
up a little since a drink on a real flight may cost a little.

I have my service quality set to 89% and all my prices at the bottom end of GOOD on all the sliders. I turn out a reasonable profit this way.
