refuel error

Hello,

first, sorry for my englisch, second...i have a problem with the PMDG 777!

The First flight operated perfect, but the second flight created this message "refueling not allowed".

Why?

any Idea?

Are you quite adept at setting up the 777 within the FMC? If not, this may be difficult. And, do you happen to have the PMDG 737? If so, the set up is
the same with the 777 as far as setting payload to empty and adjusting fuel within the FMC. This has to be done in FS Actions within the FMC.

I will do my best to walk you through it if you are still unsure
