Reputation decrease - but why?

Hi pilots,

does anyone can explaine to me, why my percentage
decrease by sometimes up to 1.5%, although
everything was fine?

Real weather, very shaky during landing but save
landed with 110ft, they had drinks and food and music
and had 96% at the end of the flifht...

I can't undestand, why my reptation should decrease
about 1.5%... and they think, my repuation should be
just 87%???
Does it perhaps depending also to the pricing of tickets
and food?
