Departure or arrival into soft surface strip?

Is it at all possible, without receiving a deduction in points, ratings etc or damage to the aircraft to depart from a non-concrete or non-asphalt
strip and into one made of dirt or grass?

FsP or FsPX? I know you can't in FsP unless you disable the "roll off the runway" penalty in the more options .cfg file. Not for sure about
FsPX though. I need to look at the documentation, but you can do that as well.

What I have done in the past is use my AFX AFCAD editor to turn grass and gravel runways into asphalt It's easy to do with this program
but it's payware. However, I do believe you can find a freeware AFCAD program but am uncertain if it has the ability to convert runway
surfaces.

In FSX you must have the Deluxe version for the afcad editor to work.

ADE can convert runway surfaces,, in fact it can do everything and more compared to AFX. and its freeware.

however it might be better just to test and see if you can do a soft feild in FSP

i had some shots of the flight in action, but some how my keys got misconfigure. i thought i was takeing shots but i wassent

however it looks like it might be possible for soft feilds in FSpX









as for the penalties
it was 1 lap around the pattern
this aircraft doesnot have strobes

no not yet, but i dont think 01J runway is long enough for a jet. maby a Hondajet
