Is there any support??

I have tried for a week now to get support from the fs passenger homesite at simmarket. I have tried for 5 days to get support here. Is there anyone
monitoring the home site?? I'm trying to get my account pw so that I can get my unlock code. No one seems to want to help. Have I wasted my money??

I'm not directing this towards anyone. I understand from other posts that Dan has had some health issues. I just really want to use the product and can't get anyone to respond.

consists of one man. The Designer. Dan. He has taken ill lately but is taking care of business as quickly as he can.

Dan or noone else will be able to help you with that issue. You should be able to reset your simmarket password via their website, then log in to get
your fspx code.

I originally bought my software at simmarket before it went to flight1 sim store. My computer crashed over the summer and i can't find my hardcopy of
the email with the unlock code.

I have tried the link for the forgotten password. The message keeps coming up that it has sent a new password to my email, but nothing ever comes
through. The link recognizes my email as correct, but I never get a message to give me the new password. It has probably reset it, but now I will
never know what it is because I never get the new email. I have checked all my spam and junk mail boxes, but there is nothing there from simmarket
with a new password.

That's why I have no way to access my account unless I get some response. I have used that forum as well, and so far no one has replied to any
request to help get the password set.

Your simmarket acct. should still be available to get your old code back

I recently bought a new PC and the codes from Simmarket worked fine... Just log back in look at your orders and the code will be there

I would log in if I could. I don't have my password to log in with. That is why I am trying to get it reset!!

Yes, I have checked my junk mail and my spam mail folders, both in my email program and thru the webmail. No email has ever come through. Something
is haywire with their get password link, cause it is evidently not working correctly.
